Heavy duty dust suppression & improvement of degraded fertiliser granules

Glaze Anchor is a ready-to-use liquid additive that is easy to measure and is applied directly from the IBC to granular fertiliser blending systems for heavy-duty dust suppression and improvement of degraded fertiliser granules. 
By sticking and binding dust to fertiliser granules, Glaze Anchor works to improve the strength and integrity of the fertiliser granules by hardening them to prevent dust from reoccurring. 
It can also be used for attaching powdered products to fertiliser granules. For example, magnesium oxide can be attached to urea using Glaze Anchor, allowing the resulting fertiliser granules to be blended with Single superphosphate (SSP).

Glaze Anchor is applied undiluted and uniformly to granular fertiliser in batch or continuous blending systems.

Glaze Anchor can be applied to straight fertiliser granules or added when blending mixtures of granular fertilisers.

Glaze Anchor can be co-applied with other fertiliser coating products such as fungicides but cannot be pre-mixed with other products before application.

Application rate

Application rates can vary depending on fertiliser condition and is dependent on fertiliser dust levels at the time of application.

Dusty granular fertiliser is a common issue for fertiliser suppliers and farmers alike. Glaze DS and Glaze Anchor are coatings that can be applied to help alleviate dust before fertiliser reaches the farm.

Glaze DS and Glaze Anchor are formulated with naturally occurring binding polymers and are free from heavy metals and hydrocarbons. these coatings are designed to not only dry but harden the granule, unlike oils which degrade the strength of the granule long term.
